Alright so here are the new rules for making donations. If you donate atleast $20 to HGN you will recieve a raffle ticket, for the Bi-monthly drawing. After the $20 dollar mark, every $2 dollars donated you will receive an additional raffle ticket. SO if you donate $30 for an example, you will have 6 Raffle tickets. This is being applied to the current list, and will be standard until otherwised posted.
